My overal experience was excellent. Jim Porter was terrific from beginning to end. He was very helpful during the test drive and with any questions that I had. Faulker did a great job with getting me a price I could afford for the car I wanted. Jim was just as helpful with it and was very helpful after the sale was complete with his follow up to make sure everything was still good with the car as well as getting me the cup holders for the back of the car. This is my second I bought from there and I would buy my next one from there in many years to come. More

This was a horrible experience! We spoke on the phone to Tom Williams and he stated $6000 for a 2003 odyssey. When we came to the dealership in person he and Glenn asked us for $7991. We reminded them of Tom Williams and he stated $6000 for a 2003 odyssey. When we came to the dealership in person he and Glenn asked us for $7991. We reminded them of our conversation on the phone and they relented and agreed to $6000. Then a couple days later we called to discuss financing and they told us that a timing belt had been put on the odyssey and, because of that, the price had gone up $1500! Their own service department advised a timing belt costs $810! Do not waste your time at this dealership, they will rip you off! More

We did visit another competitior prior to finalizing our sale, and that experience was not nearly as enjoyable. Jim arranged for multiple test drives, offered a very fair trade value for our prior vehicle, and put together a pricing package that we couldn't refuse. He took plenty of time to demonstrate the features of the vehicle when we picked it up. We never felt pressured or rushed, and we left the dealership as very satisfied customers. I would strongly recommend Faulkner Honda, and in particular Jim Porter, to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More

He understands how the internet has changed things and he also understands the things that have not changed. I was also very impressed with the Faulkner brand and Mike did a great job of expalining what you get when you buy with Faulkner. Great job Mike! Our experience with Faulkner Honda was first rate. Our salesperson, Mike Grant, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and went the extra mile. He listened to our automotive needs and read between the lines. The original price quoted was excellent and he later met our counter offer. Mike went to bat for us on a service-related contract previously signed on one of our trade ins and negotiated an equatable resolution. We were Volvo owners for 30 years and owned a total of 6 during that period. Our last one was 9 years old and, as all of them did, started to cost exorbitant amounts to get it repaired. Volvo has left the "common man" behind with the exclusion of the reasonable priced car. I previously had purchased a new Civic from Faulkner back in 2008 and had a great experience. And so, these factors aligned and we ended up trading both cars in for a 2013 Fit Sport and a 2013 Civic EX Sedan. It was an unusual deal for us, of course, and a first in our 32 years of marriage. We each got two new cars! It happened because of the great customer service and pricing that Mike Grant and Faulkner Honda brought to the table. Customer service, great pricing/value, attention to detail may have generaly fallen from American business, but I can attest that it is alive and well at Faulkner Honda and its representative, Mike Grant. Selection, service options and overall value much better tha at other local Honda dealerships. None of those experiences could compare to Faulkner. I have written other reviews about Faulkner Honda that were excellent until now. I purchased my car in March and refinanced this past week. I have been trying to contact Finance to cancel my extended wa were excellent until now. I purchased my car in March and refinanced this past week. I have been trying to contact Finance to cancel my extended warranty and Gap Coverage. When finance got back to me I felt like I was being bullied, being told not a smart thing to cancel my extended warranty and gap coverage, that I would have to drive the 2 hours back to them to cancel, etc. I emailed Don Perry the President of the dealership on Saturday explaining to him the way I was treated and he assured me that Brian Kim head of finance would be back in touch with me first thing Monday, well here it is Tuesday and nothing, I have emailed again and again and feel like I am being ignored. It is my understanding that if you cancel the extended warranty and gap coverage that the dealership over charges you for that they lose money, so this obviously is why they are not being cooperative. I finally just called Honda and they sent me the forms to complete and fax back to them. This dealership was wonderful during the sale, but when you are trying to cancel something that you have the legal right to cancel they obviously do not care about the customer's wants and just how it will affect them financially. so if purchasing from them, buyer beware..
