This was our first time buying a car over the internet without seeing it. The experience was straight forward and easy including a valuation of our trade. Suljo was very helpful. He was patient in answering all of our questions in a friendly manner. Also, the Business Manager was friendly and provided clear financing information. In fact, he helped us find a great a interest rate. Also, I was surprised that Faulkner delivers cars to your home. The person delivering the car was friendly and informative. He made the paperwork simple and understandable. We were able to complete all the paperwork at our kitchen table with no problems. If you are nervous about buying a car over the internet, you don't need to be if buying from Faulkner Honda. Suljo is a great sales rep to work with when buying. Best to you in your car shopping. In 2001, I leased an Accord from Bobby Rahal Honda. At lease expiration, they were less than helpful, and basically refused to budge off MSRP on a new accord. So, I went to Faulkner, met Mike, and purcha lease expiration, they were less than helpful, and basically refused to budge off MSRP on a new accord. So, I went to Faulkner, met Mike, and purchased a 2004 Accord after some minor negotiating. I was probably there less than 2 hours between a test drive and delivery! Great work! After flood damage to my Accord a year later, I went to purchase the same car, and called Bobby Rahal first. I told them what I wanted (same car, but 2005) and how much I wanted to pay (same as previous car). They actually said no (something about prices changing year to year and they would loose money). For the record, between depreciation and flood damage deductible, I lost money; I wasn't getting a 'free' new car. Anyway, I called Mike, and he came through, selling me exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. So Faulkner is my go to dealer. Its also worth noting that Faulkner service is reasonable and convenient. They definitely get my maintenance and repair work. More
I thought the service was excellent; I could not ask for a better experience for my first time buying car. I thought I could not buy the car because of my paperwork issue; however Troy was very helpful and a better experience for my first time buying car. I thought I could not buy the car because of my paperwork issue; however Troy was very helpful and able to help me out. And the paper issue resolved more smoothly than I thought. I was have so many problems obtaining a new car, but that changed this past Saturday when I received a phone call from Patti. I all but gave up after visiting a half dozen dealers in this area and as far away as Greencastle, PA. I just came out of a Chapter 7, and I was looking to replace my 2001 caddy. It was a nightmare. I was told "no problem, we can be your car dealer and we will work with you". NOT THE CASE. I have worked with professionals over this country for more than twenty years, but when Patti called me and indicated that Faulkner Honda "could help me", I was more then skeptical, I was about to give up, more promises from people that where only interested in selling a car, not taking into account the personal toll it takes on an individual who has fallen on hard times. Patti was persistent, she promised me that Faulkner could do something for me. She was right, Patti and Troy worked for hours, and at the end of the day I was driving a new 2113 Honda Civic. Wow, there are people and businesses out there who do work for the public and individual good. Faulkner is one of those. All I can say is Thank You....Thank you very much. Both Patti and Troy were great to work with. I looked at three other dealerships, but Patti got me to look at Faulkner first. Thank goodness Patti got me in the door. Both Patti and Troy went above and beyond to help make the deal work. They gave me what I wanted for my trades and gave me the best prices on the two cars that I wanted. With other dealerships, it was always this back and forth never coming close to the price point that I received from Faulkner. Patti was up front, honest and stuck to her word. Troy even drove a brand new car to my home on the West shore just so that my busy wife could test drive the car. Now that's service!!! No other dealership even bother to ask. If you are in the market for a new or used car or truck, start with Faulkner first. I did and it paid off! More
I have owned Honda's since 1992. From the moment I sent out a quote request and Patt was in touch with me, I felt such that I was with the right dealership from which to purchase a new car. My husban sent out a quote request and Patt was in touch with me, I felt such that I was with the right dealership from which to purchase a new car. My husband and I had had some financial difficulties, he is a disbled veteran and Patti assured me that the dealerships great Finance guys would be able to help us out. I had also talked to another dealership and they were really trying to take advantage of us with high interest rates, a lower model than I truly wanted. Patti understood that people have difficulties at times and the Faulkner Dealership was going to help us in anyway that they could. Within one day of speaking to Patti, I drove off in my husband's and I brand new Accord EX-L in the color I wanted and the accesories I requested. When we arrived to pick up the Car Suljo Zahirovic greeted us and made us feel so comfortable. He explained everyting regarding the new car and I almost felt that he and Patti were as excited as we were to have us be able to get the car we wanted. Mike Farling the Finance person, did a fantastic job, I cannot say enough about what he did for us...Would I buy from Faulkner again, yes although I hope to have the car we just bought for a long long time. By the way we are about 1 1/2 hours from the dealership and was so impressed, i think we will drive the distance to use their service department also. Speaking from someone who was in the auto industry for several years, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the intial contact by Patti, the Internet Sales Manager, who was honest several years, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the intial contact by Patti, the Internet Sales Manager, who was honest and upfront, she made it easy and very comfortable to do the whole deal on the phone. When I arrived at the dealership my new truck was outfront waiting for me. Patti greeted me and introduced Suljo to me, he went over all the books and took me to my new truck and went over it inside and out. Mike in finance had all the paper work ready for me to sign, it took less then one hour from the time I arrived to I was driving home in my new truck. I could not be happier with the deal I got and the treatment I recieved. I would like to thank Patti, Suljo, and Mike again for all they did. More
