2 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation is poor service. Then they try to sell you every other service possible. Very uncomfortable setting. Will not be returning. poor service. My salesman was Trevor, and let me say he was the greatest to work with. I arrived at the dealership early. I wanted to look around a little bit before my meeting, and 3 other employees tried to sell greatest to work with. I arrived at the dealership early. I wanted to look around a little bit before my meeting, and 3 other employees tried to sell me a completely different car then what I was looking for. when I got to Trevor he was super friendly and easy going had no interest in pushing me into something he just let me do my thing and he was there to answer all my questions to the best of his ability. He made the whole experience painless it was amazing thank you so much! More
I paid several hundred dollars to have the latch replaced on the hatchback of my Honda Fit. I have had to take it back 3 or 4 times (enough that I've forgotten now) because it stopped working. Twice they bas on the hatchback of my Honda Fit. I have had to take it back 3 or 4 times (enough that I've forgotten now) because it stopped working. Twice they basically blamed me for the problem. The first time they didn't charge, but this time they said the screws holding it in had become loose and somehow shifted the mechanism, causing it not to work. When my husband received the call saying it was ready, the caller suggested that it happened because I had been slamming the hatchback too hard, and I was charged $80 for 30 minutes to "fix" it (I'm not holding my breath). The story changed when I arrived to pick the car up, and it was suggested it happened by being jostled loose just through driving--WHAT? I was told that the screws have been glued in place so it shouldn't happen again. Just an aside about how hard I am on my car--it is a standard transmission with over 205K, and I'm still on the original clutch. At least that's something that Honda got right. More
