Recently purchased a used vehicle at Faulkner Hyundai. Had a good experience with the salesperson Todd but unfortunately the Finance Director Brandon caused the experience to be less than 5 stars. I’m well aware that dealerships make their money on the add on service plans they try to upsell you but Brandon struggled to accept a “no” to his upsells and became visibly irritated with me to the point where I felt like I needed to have my husband come back to the room to back me up. He made an otherwise good experience negative. Ironically he claims to want to change the perception of car sales which if that is the case he has failed. He did get me a good loan rate but my credit rating probably did help in that regard. More
We had the opportunity to work with salesman Patrick Murtha . Very knowledgeable and professional. We had returned to the dealership a few days later so that I could test drive the Palisade. We were not thinking we would purchase a vehicle that day however Patrick and Drew the sales manager were excellent in getting us to the point of buying that day. They both worked with us related to pricing and the color combination. Truthfully no pressure but we felt both sides walked away happy with their deals. It was probably the easiest most comfortable car buying experience in my life. Upon receipt of the vehicle Patrick knew the vehicle inside out and provided quite an over view and said that he would be available for any questions we would have. He actually called us the following day leaving a message. More

I am extremely disappointed with Hyundai and this dealership. They knowingly sold a vehicle with a defective engine and then refused to honor the warranty when the problem became unavoidable. My 2013 Hyundai Sonata 2.4L has the well-known engine issues that thousands of owners have dealt with, yet Hyundai continues to deny responsibility and offer zero support. Instead of standing behind their product or fixing a problem they are fully aware of, they choose to deny warranty coverage and leave customers stranded with unsafe, unreliable vehicles. It’s unacceptable for a company to treat customers this way especially when the defect is part of a documented pattern. If you’re considering buying a Hyundai, especially a used one, please do your research. Their customer service is unhelpful, the warranty is meaningless, and they won’t lift a finger even when the engine failure is clearly not the owner’s fault. I will never buy Hyundai again, and I strongly warn others to stay away. More
I’ve used this dealer on multiple brands of cars. Very disappointing when I had my daughter’s Tucson in for front brake service. I am all for making $ but $33 for a $1.50 battery that takes a minute to get done. They lost a good customer today. More

Brought my Palisade to have the manufacturer trailer wire plug tested for proper voltage. I was specific on my request. They flat out reused to test the manufacturer plug because i had an aftermarket harne plug tested for proper voltage. I was specific on my request. They flat out reused to test the manufacturer plug because i had an aftermarket harness plugged into the it. I had to take my car to Fred Beans Hyundai for diagnosis. They did it gladly and did not charge me for it. They ended up selling me parts I needed out our interaction. That is type of customer service i expect that Faulkner refused to give. More
