I took my car in for 5000 mile checkup and recall. They were able to do the oil change and check up but not the recall. I now have to wait 3 weeks and take the car back (25 miles from home(. They washed the car but not very well and they keep harassing me about bringing my car in for service even though I had an appointment 6/1. I got another notice today to call for service. I made an appointment with Falkner Hyundai’s AI phone bot. It did not update their appointment schedule so when I dropped off, they couldn’t get me in. So I had to rent a car. EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE and I haven’t even gotten my car fixed. More

Everyone was excellent and Skylar, Tom and Gus were awesome beyond belief. They not only explained everything but showed me how to fill out all of forms and Skylar took the time to sit with while we si awesome beyond belief.
