Faulkner Collision is HORRIBLE! They lie and steal I went to Faulkner Collision after an accident in Oct. 2016- my insurance co. made me go there. After they had it for 1 1/2 months to fix extensive fr I went to Faulkner Collision after an accident in Oct. 2016- my insurance co. made me go there. After they had it for 1 1/2 months to fix extensive front-end damage, I picked up my Xterra, only to find numerous damages to the interior that WERE NOT caused by the accident. I had photographic proof from post-accident pictures. They took my truck back and fixed these issues. I found out that they charged my insurance company for these parts...hello, insurance fraud. When I picked up my truck the second time, I found that one of my cargo nets was missing. Yup, one of the staff stole it. They did, however, replace it. That was the only good thing that came of it. I just had a nagging feeling that the structural work was equally shotty. So, I took my truck to another body shop. They verified that the frame was STILL BENT, along with a damaged brush guard and unpainted apron. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING FAULKNER claims to have fixed. If I had gotten into another accident, who knows how the frame would have held up...and I have a 6 year old who rides in my car with me. She sits right next to where the frame was still bent. More
