Both of these m About a week ago, I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT from salesman, Shane Smith. I also worked with finance manager, Justin Darosh. Both of these men were a pleasure to deal with. They made my first new car buying experience relatively comfortable, low stress and low pressure (as much as it can be with such a large purchase). I didn't think that I could afford to buy a brand new car, however they worked with me to make the car I wanted financially attainable. My only complaint is that the cleaning crew had ample time to properly prepare my new car, and the cleaning job was subpar. Overall, I am pleased with my experience at Faulkner Hyundai. I hope this continues past the purchasing process into the maintenance and service that will be required in the future. More
