We love Faulkner and we bought a car from them in the past, it took a bit of time to physically buy the car but that doesn't hinder the fact that the customer service was extraordinary. We love all the features and the creature comforts of our new VW and it wouldn't be ours without the help of Billy and one of the Hyundai's financial managers, Morgan. It took a bit of time to decide but we know we made the right choice and we will be coming back to Faulkner for service and to buy a new car in the future!! More

They lie. They don’t answer questions. They don’t care about loyal customers and repeat customers. They are all about the sale no service or customer service. They don’t answer questions. They upsell a worthless warranty and apparently don’t do the service they say they do. Didn’t get a free car wash for years even thought that is one of their big perks. At my last appt tires were to be rotated and balanced. Now less than 3000 miles later one tire failed inspection except they were fine last time. The car is 2 years old. One reports says it is one tire then another place said another tire. They did “service” last time that costs hundreds of dollars. Told it was needed and would help gas mileage. Mileage has been worse ever since More

The dealership tried to rip me off. They tried to tell me it would cost $727.38 to replace my ignition lock. I got it done for $110.19 at another shop. Nice waiting room. Estimated repair time was accurate. I was ask if I only wanted the recalls taken care of and I said yes because another dealership came out with $700 Estimated repair time was accurate. Not hard to figure out. At this dealership they did a 23 point check which is 23 more than I said zI wanted. But I can't help wonder how much time I could have avoided by them not doing this. They took no for an answer and did not show me a trade in value. Service personel we're nice and I'm sure they are just doing what up management/corporation want. I will be more direct on my next recall visit even if it means getting it in writing. More
