I wish to rescind my previous comment written on this site. There was a misunderstanding upon the delivery of my new Mazda CX7 I did not notice a minor ding nor did the Faulkner dealership upon delivery site. There was a misunderstanding upon the delivery of my new Mazda CX7 I did not notice a minor ding nor did the Faulkner dealership upon delivery. When the Faulkner dealership was made aware of my concerns pertaining to the ding and the initial repair the dealership definitely went all out to satisfy me. The CX7 was taken to Faulkner's body shop and returned to me in perfect condition. I do believe that if Faulkner was aware on the finger nail size ding at deliver it would have been brought to my attention and corrected. I did learn whether purchasing a Mazda or a Rolls Royce to go over the vehicle at delivery carefully. Things happen and can more easily be corrected when found immediately. I recommend Faulkner for negotiating a very good deal and working hard with you to earn a sale. Brandon Muffett our sales consultant was extremely patient with me being a very difficult customer. I honestly believe Faulkner Mazda to be an honest and sincere dealership that wants to satisfy and earn customers. Upon my experience with Faulkner Mazda I found everyone to be helpful and respectful. When we are looking for another vehicle I definitely will consider Faulkner Mazda and without hesitation would highly recommend Faulkner Mazda to friends and family. More

Again endless questions and discussions so that things work out to my satisfaction are met with patience and professionalism. I've recommended Renee and Faulkner to friends and they too have been treated wonderfully - they commented how easy it was to make their new vehicle purchases, much different from past experiences. Brandon got me (and my family) into the showroom because he was nice enough to discuss a potential car sale over the phone with me (something that most car salespeople will not do). I asked Brandon for pricing information and he was very prompt in getting back to me. I called other Mazda dealerships and they didn't even call me back. Obviously, I wasn't going to visit their showrooms. Because of his willingness to converse with me about pricing over the phone and because he was very prompt in getting back to me I decided to visit their showroom. All thru the sales process Brandon was very cordial and professional which was very appreciated by me and my family. I must say however, that everyone we dealt with at Faulkner Mazda was equally as cordial and professional. We felt the buying experience was as good as a car buying experience can get. It is our hope that the Faulkner Mazda Service Department can live up to the reputation of their Sales Department. Me and my family can only hope so.
