Faulkner replaced my transmission on my 2018 Nissan Murano. My insurance Endurance paid over $7K and I had to pay a $100 deductible plus tax, totaling $106. I was fine with that as per my insurance con Murano. My insurance Endurance paid over $7K and I had to pay a $100 deductible plus tax, totaling $106. I was fine with that as per my insurance contract. After picking up my car, I drove 2 blocks and my dash displayed the same lights and warning it had before the repair. I called immediately and took the car back the next day. Faulkner called stating that the vehicle needed a new sensor. The additional charge for the repair was also sent to Endurance and was paid. Faulkner charged me another $106.00 for a second deductible when it should have been considered one service repair. The fact that they didn't diagnose the problem to put in a new sensor should have been their issue to cover my deductible. I would NOT pay a doctor a second deductible because I had to got back the same day to pick up a prescription. Just on good faith alone, I should not have had to pay a second deductible. They can justify it all they want, but wrong will always be wrong. More
