After you commit, and tell them when you'll come in, they'll contact to ask when you're coming, although you've already told them. Then they act like they barely ever spoke to you, once you get there, or like you're getting on their nerves if you should ask them something. 2)once they have your money or 3)won't buy the optional add ons that they want to sell you. I gave them repeat business but, i will surely keep this experienve in mind for the future. If i had followed my first mind, i would not have made the purchase of a vehicle i didn't want. The only reason that i did, was because my car rental contract from my totaled vehicle was expiring the next day, and I had to buy something and they knew this. As for the 167 point inspection done on all the working parts of a certified vehicle, I am uncetain how the awful squeaking noise of the electric drivers seat could have been missed. I will be taking the car back in to be checked. I'm interested in seeing how I will be treated. More
