It gave me a warm feeling when I walked into Faulkner Nissan. Everyone was so friendly from the employees to the manager and how they treat their customers. There was not one person I passed by that did Nissan. Everyone was so friendly from the employees to the manager and how they treat their customers. There was not one person I passed by that did not speak. Also, it’s been a long time since I had a sales person to ride with me on the test drive. Dealers are no longer doing that they give you the key and you go for it on your own. But at Faulkner Nissan, my cell person Keith rode with me when I took my test drive.. and he explained everything in the car. Which other dealers no longer do after you agreed to buy the car they give you the key you do your paperwork and buy you have to figure it out for yourself or read your book.. they make sure you feel comfortable and that you are satisfied with what you’re buying and I appreciate that. I just love Faulkner Nissan Of Jenkintown Pa.
