Worst Service Experience I've Ever Had TL;DR - They had my car for 23 days. Of those, they worked on it for maybe 3. They kept us in the dark, lied, acted patronisingly towards us and gave TL;DR - They had my car for 23 days. Of those, they worked on it for maybe 3. They kept us in the dark, lied, acted patronisingly towards us and gave us the runaround. In the end, we don't even know what repairs they actually completed but they were not what we were originally told. I wouldn't believe the degree of ineptitude and lies that came from their Service Center without having lived it. Full story: We dropped our Rogue off at the Faulkner Nissan Service Center with transmission issues. Apparently we showed up at the wrong time but it takes an act-of-god to get them on the phone. We had tried to call ahead to confirm several times. Got a shrug and "Sorry about that," in person. Ran diagnostics the next day (Wednesday), we needed a new transmission and cooling system. Nissan Corporate Customer Service (not with Faulkner, and actually helpful) made a warranty/assistance determination for us by the next day and said they would send the approval to Nissan Faulkner. The following Tuesday (had my car 7 days) we call Nissan Faulkner but can't get through, so call Nissan Corporate. They had sent confirmation for repairs the prior Thursday. They tried calling the Service Center a few times (no response), but also emailed. We finally get through to the Service Center who claim they have nothing. A few hours later lo and behold they do have the email confirmation! The tech tells us he's ordering the parts, he should have them the next day and we might have a car by Friday. Friday (Day 10) comes, no car, no call. We call them and are told it will be ready early the following week. They finally give us a loaner. The following Wednesday (15 days), after hearing zilch from the Service Center, we call them for a status. Now they say they're awaiting approval from Nissan Corporate. The approval Corporate sent 13 days prior that Faulkner took 5 days to acknowledge. They did eventually acknowledge it and claimed they were ordering parts. Now they tell us they've ordered no parts, talked to no one, reached out to no one, and will provide neither a new timeline nor a path to solution. You guys. You'll never believe it but the day after we complained about this, the approval came through. The approval that had been sent 14 days prior and already confirmed by Nissan Faulkner was *just* received (Day 16) again! What are the odds?! They'd be sure to order parts and I'd have my car by early the following week! What service! I pointed out that we had literally had this exact same conversation a week and a half before. Verbatim. They could not have cared less. Just said "Okay." They also changed the game from a new transmission to a rebuild and when I asked about the cooling system the Service Manager said he didn't know about it but he'd "check." He could not give me a quote for the now different repairs. Early the following week (20 days) I got another call. Now my car will be ready mid to late week because there are two other transmission repairs in front of me. They've had my car 3 weeks but people are ahead of me. I feel really bad for those people waiting even longer. I finally got my car back on day 23. The bill was cheaper than the first person quoted but they did none of the work they originally diagnosed and claimed we needed. Really, we have no idea what they did for the over 3 weeks they had my vehicle. I have never dealt with worse customer service and I really can't wait to never own a Nissan again. More

Bad experience Brought my car in for service. Car was checked and was told I needed front struts. Have a gold certificate warranty on the car but work was refused. C Brought my car in for service. I’m extremely frustrated at this point. Would hate to involve my attorney but I seem to have no other choice. More
