I had a great experience at Faulkner NISSAN like as usual. I was at Faulkner NISSAN for an oil change and my EXTERRA is back up and running. Now I am back on the road again. I was running late to pickup my vehicle because I got off at the wrong train stop which should have been Noble Staton. I will remember nextra time. Easy and helpful! I was due to get a inspection and oil change. The morning of I could not find my registration to renew it. Didn’t have the title number and was extrem I was due to get a inspection and oil change. The morning of I could not find my registration to renew it. Didn’t have the title number and was extremely stressed out about it. When I got to the dealership I said I was going to have to cancel it. The lady who checked me in was a extremely help. Went in the files got my title number and helped renew my registration so I could get my inspection. Was so happy! She needs a raise or a huge acknowledgement because she saved the day! More

Poor greeting The service representative Mercedes is not very welcoming at all. She seems to always have an attitude or not want to be at work. I’ve worked with other service representatives at Faulkner who are nice and welcoming. But every experience I have with her is subpar. Additionally, having a food truck block the service bay where customers are suppose to pull in may not be a good idea, especially when the service representative then gets upset/frustrated that your car is parked out front instead of the service bay, despite there being no space to pull into the bay. More

Inspection Inspection....my daughter noticed a slight scraping noise coming from the passenger side front right but the brakes passed. Inspection was on Friday of course 4 days later I can hear what she was talking about.Problem now I will have to pay to have it checked out as opposed to when it was getting inspected, dang. More

No help First service on my Nissan Rogue 2019. I dropped it off in the morning. They called me when it was done. Said they would send over the courtesy car as First service on my Nissan Rogue 2019. I dropped it off in the morning. They called me when it was done. Said they would send over the courtesy car as soon as it returned. I less than ten minutes away. After more than 3 hours later I had heard nothing from them. I called and they said car was returning shortly. They finally showed up about half hour later. I had one request to check something in particular. When I inquired about it when I was checking out they just dismissed as that’s the way it was. No explanation. More
