Gary was the best. I came to the dealership with my head hang low thinking I wasn’t going to get approved. I have the worst credit score possible. I mean people who are dead have better credit score than me. However, Faulkner Nissan got me approved on a car I like with a payment I love. I don’t know how these guys pulled it off( they must have jesus himself working in their back office) but im greatfull that they did. The service advisor greeted me with a good morning smile and said hello how can I help you? There were refreshments (donuts, coffee etc...) and the waiting area was clean and tidy which is a must! My appointment was for a recall and I had to wait less than an hour which was wonderful because I had to go to work afterward! This was my first service visit and I will return.
