The staff was courteous but the wait was too long. I had an 8:30 appt. It was 9:30 before they came to tell me the price of thr tire and ask if I wanted it. I did not get out of there until almost 11. From 8:30 with an appointment to 11 is a ridiculous wait for a simple tire change. More

Disappointed I brought my car in for a 10am appointment. I called at 5pm and was told nothing was wrong with my car and was told “ma’am you have to remember it’s r I brought my car in for a 10am appointment. I called at 5pm and was told nothing was wrong with my car and was told “ma’am you have to remember it’s raining”. I had a complaint of knocking towards front of car when accelerating or coming to a quicker stop. Was told they drove my car, however mileage barely changed. My 3 mile drive home the noise happened 5 times. But was told they greased my axels. My car has under 4,000 miles on it, the axels did not need greased. I felt as though the blew me off as I was just a woman not knowing what I’m talking about. More

Great Service I was very happy with my service I work across the street and I was running late I called to see if they were able to pick my car up. Nice place to.do business I normally get good service when visiting the dealership. The workers are friendly and approachable and try to take care of your needs.. You get the voicemail alot a d your voice messages are not always returned, you have to call back a few times to get a live person. More
