Good and fast service Came to Gailkner for just s free oil change and was told I was 2 months past my inspection. I thought I would have to come back but the service writer Came to Gailkner for just s free oil change and was told I was 2 months past my inspection. I thought I would have to come back but the service writer put me in and said it would be about 2 hours. Only 45 minutes later everything was complete. What more can I ask? Maybe a quiet place to read without the music playing. More

Friendly and Knowledgeable I drove in and a technician came up to take my car, very friendly. I went inside to check in and I had a question or two. My check in went smoothly I drove in and a technician came up to take my car, very friendly. I went inside to check in and I had a question or two. My check in went smoothly and I got the answers needed. I had inspection and my tires rotated and oil changed. I also needed new wipers to get inspection sticker. They don't do anything without checking with you and explaining. I went to pay and the girl was wonderful, friendly and funny. I was there about an hour and a half. Always a pleasure to deal with this group. More

When we came from NJ, the car was ready and Joe completed all necessary paper work for test drive immediately. He also explained in details how the buying car process works at the dealership. He showed a lot of class, on helping us achieve a goal of ours, and we are surely appreciative. Joe and Mike his manager were both amazing and friendly. They did everything they could to help us get the car we needed with our budget! The appointment took us about 45 min. We gave them a check they gave us a car. It was pretty simple and very smooth thanks to Joe. Joe helped us every way he could!The car was clean; it's what exactly we came to buy. Joe made it easy.
