Service Reps/Manager desperately need customer training!! They need to do a better job in timely scheduling, empathizing with their customers and flat out courtesy, apologizing when necessary! Two weeks to schedule service - Did not fix problem Bought this car as a CPO from Faulkner. It has a problem with the front radar disabling itself a minute into driving. It appeared on the test drive. Bought this car as a CPO from Faulkner. It has a problem with the front radar disabling itself a minute into driving. It appeared on the test drive. They told me it would be looked at and fixed. As I drove it home, the problem recurred. I called about it, they said there must be something blocking it. There was none. I schedule service for it, the earliest they could take me was two weeks later. I drop it off, the service person asked me what was wrong, so I tell him.. 30 seconds later he asks me the same question again. I explain again that you have to drive it for the problem to occur. I pick it up, and the problem shows up on the way home! I called service and they said they ran the diagnostics and didn't see any problem. They completely ignored what I told them. I then called my sales agent and was told a manager would be contacting me. 24 hours have gone by but no call. This is my first experience with Faulkner, and it hasn't been good. I will say the woman at the cashier's desk was pleasant. More

Undesirable experience justified by service team So I left my car overnight for service and it was not serviced the next day because they did not know my car was there... 😩 I left numerous voicemail So I left my car overnight for service and it was not serviced the next day because they did not know my car was there... 😩 I left numerous voicemails and no one answered the phone until later that evening and finally they answered and told me they would service my car the next day. After being told my service would cost over $1000 for maintenance repairs I told them not to do any work and that I would pick up my car. When my fiancé went to pick up the car he was charged $169 for a diagnostic. We refused to pay and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told to come the next day to speak to Steve. The next day the service people were extremely accommodating and justified our situation even thought I had to use time from work that I didn’t have because I used most of it on maternity leave recently. More
