Smooth, painless transaction I stopped at Faulkner Nissan after seeing two CPO Muranos on Cars.com. Will greeted me As I was walking towards the sales office and introduced himse I stopped at Faulkner Nissan after seeing two CPO Muranos on Cars.com. Will greeted me As I was walking towards the sales office and introduced himself. He took some basic information and asked what Inwas looking for in my next vehicle. He pulled one of the Muranos around and we took it for a test drive. I didn’t have much time as I had to run to my kids game but I returned later that evening to finalize the transaction including trade. Pat the sales manager was very easy to work with. It took sometime for finance to gather all the paperwork while the car was detailed and gases up and it was about an hour fifteen after closing time before everything was wrapped up. Will waited around to make sure everything was good and saw me on my way. More

Deceived I have purchased cars online before, and blemishes and damages are always disclosed. I had a clean high end trade in, and arrived as scheduled on a S I have purchased cars online before, and blemishes and damages are always disclosed. I had a clean high end trade in, and arrived as scheduled on a Saturday with a bank check. Drove the car, felt very rushed, they seemed unorganized, never a chance to really inspect the body (my fault), but other dealers disclose dings, dents and paint cracks. I Completed paperwork and then waited an hour and a half for the car to be “cleaned up” more.? I thought it was clean on the test drive It turns out that they said the battery is testing weak and they needed to recharge it. I guess I was really waiting for this and not the car to be “cleaned up”. It did not take a charge and they did replace the battery to their credit. I drove 2 hours home to find a large dent in rear wheel well (with rust). Never in the photos did it disclose any issues with the body or was it mentioned. on their website. I called my salesperson and she asked for photos of the damage and that she would get them to her sales manager. The sales manager said they would pay for the damage and that I could go to my local Faulkner since it would be much closer which was a very nice gesture. The person I dealt with at my local Faulkner said he fixes any damage on used vehicles before they hit the lot to prevent this type of scenario. For a touch-up/ cheap fix it looks better but not like it was never damaged. Also, about two weeks after the purchase date, the change oil light came on. It was due to the fact that three months went by since the last oil change according to the Faulkner oil change sticker on the windshield. Only 13 miles were put on since the last oil change. One would think they would have reset it unless they really did not go over the cat? In summary, they were nice and pleasant and did fix the body damage and change the battery at their expense but I still would not have.bought the car, or would have offered $1000 less on the purchase price had I seen the damage. I guess my advice is to really scrutinize any used car purchase at this dealer. More
