He wa Firstly, Keith Wimbush is an amazing person and a great salesperson. From start to finish he really made me feel comfortable with the process. He was clear about how FNJ likes to work with customers and did great communicating my needs to the used car manager. Now the 'so so'. When I test drove my 2008 Acura TL, there were a few issues; FNJ agreed to fix three of them - Replace the windshield - Do an alignment as it was pulling significantly to the left - And address the grinding/rubbing noise that was pretty prevalent - The handsfree bluetooth unit was not working I purchased NYE 2018 and waited 2 days to get the refreshed Acura back. no 6 days into ownership, the alignment was clearly not done or there is a more significant issue causing the car to pull to the left. There is still a rubbing/grinding noise while driving; which I suspect is bad quality tires (Uniroyal) or warped discs. In any case, the car pulls to the left and I hear an annoying sound when driving. Also, neither of the two key fobs were programmed and the radio had been reset (thankfully Keith drove it across the street to Acura to get the code input). But makes me wonder what other little things may be wrong. This all amounts to an unsatisfied feeling from the purchase. I've now financed a car for 5 years that is slightly annoying to drive. I already had that in my trade in - it ran, was paid off and was only a little annoying to drive. Why not call and voice my concerns, you may ask? Honestly, this is not my first used car purchase and I've had issues in the past coming back to the dealership to get them 'fixed' under the used car warranty. But in the end each time, the dealership never really fixed them or straight lied that they fixed it. Ultimately, that left me to pay for the fix myself anyway with having wasted time and energy to return to that dealer. In short, if I could get a commitment from this dealership that they would actually, really fix my newly purchased vehicle so I didn't feel dissatisfied, it would be great. But I am skeptical that anything would actually be done to help me feel better and bring my car to an acceptable level. Would I buy again, I'm not sure. Maybe a used car because there way less variables to go wrong. I would absolutely recommend Keith to help manage the deal, but would caution against what the dealer says they'll do and what they actually do. More
