Roy was a great sales person. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He made the process very easy and worry free. He spoke with my insurance himself and worked out a way for that to be cheaper. He made sure I was comfortable during the test drive and that I would be driving the car in the future, always offering to be contacted when needed. He’s a great employee and you can tell he takes pride in his job! I worked with Selena in the finance portion and she was also just as friendly and reassuring. I enjoyed my entire experience at Faulkner Nissan. More

Dealer finance I was disappointed with how the finance officer was pushy with buying the extra insurance. He was attempting to scare us into getting it. He stated that we could owe a large amount of money at the end of the lease if we were the kind of people who didn’t take care of cars or we had bad driving habits. I do not appreciate being strong armed as a customer. I would return to your dealership because of the the salesperson Al. Al was professional, thoughtful and not pushy at all. More
dissatisfied service Service manager Steve Mihalik ensured me that the problem with sunroof wind noise and whistling was fixed to no avail it still isn't fixed I showed h Service manager Steve Mihalik ensured me that the problem with sunroof wind noise and whistling was fixed to no avail it still isn't fixed I showed him on my phone video of the problem he agreed to fix this wind noise and whistling well it isn't I had informed him that I brought the vehicle in to be fixed numerous times and everytime I was told by service rep couldn't duplicate problem Well the problem happens at 60mph and abive I do a lot of highway driving.Im sure if you paid 40,000 for a vechicle you wouldn't want this to be happening .Also warranty is dwinding on this vehicle Is there any resolution this problem Im tired getting the runaround. A few messages had been flashed by my car in the last few weeks, when I finally got it in, all t I felt they addressed my problem as best they could. A few messages had been flashed by my car in the last few weeks, when I finally got it in, all the messages were gone.....they went thru the service updates and found one that pertained to my car and installed that. I'm hoping that fixed the problem. More
