Service took forever I asked for the very first available appointment and I was there on time. Roy was a great sales person. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He made the process very easy and worry free. He spoke with my insurance himself and worked out a way for that to be cheaper. He made sure I was comfortable during the test drive and that I would be driving the car in the future, always offering to be contacted when needed. He’s a great employee and you can tell he takes pride in his job! I worked with Selena in the finance portion and she was also just as friendly and reassuring. I enjoyed my entire experience at Faulkner Nissan. More
