Customer service is horrible I spent seven hours on my day off at this dealership. Instead of telling me to leave, don’t waste all my day and time there, and they’ll call me when I spent seven hours on my day off at this dealership. Instead of telling me to leave, don’t waste all my day and time there, and they’ll call me when the paperwork is done. I stayed at the sellsperson had lunch, would disappeared for twenty minutes at a time. I understand it’s a process but that was ridiculous! They had to send my car back TWICE. The first was all scratched up on the bumper the other was dirty! Even though the salesperson insured me that it was getting cleaned HOURS before I arrived. My moms usual salesperson ended up stepping in and handles the second day of being there More
