Thorough servicing of my car! I came in for an oil change and the tech noticed I had not gotten my car inspected. He asked if I wanted to do that and I said ‘Yes, thanks for notici I came in for an oil change and the tech noticed I had not gotten my car inspected. My sales consultant, Joe Bradley and Van Huynh, my finance person were very knowledgeable, personable, friendly, patient...I can't say enough about them...they were really terrific. It had been almost 17 years since I shopped for a car and I was not looking forward to it...but Joe and Van made the process very easy and stress free! I was very pleasantly surprised. Joe even scheduled my first oil change and tire rotation...which are free for the first two years...a nice Faulkner perk. So thank you Joe and Van...you guys are great...and also Ashley Taylor in customer service and Alex Couto in internet sales, who were my first contacts via email and phone...when I first started my car search a couple weeks ago before I actually went into the showroom this past Wednesday, 11/14. I would give Faulkner Nissan and their employees an A+! More

Disappointed & confused Came back to where I purchased my vehicle because I had been to two other mechanics and they had attempted to tell me my car needed a bunch of repairs Came back to where I purchased my vehicle because I had been to two other mechanics and they had attempted to tell me my car needed a bunch of repairs that I knew had to be untrue. I was out of town but made a trip back in order to get these issues resolved and update my inspection status. I figured that Nissan Faulkner would prove that these other mechanics were dishonest with their assessments. As I suspected Nissan Faulkner found none of the things wrong that the other mechanics tried to tell me were wrong BUT then came up with another issue that they claim had to be repaired before I could pass inspection!! At this point I was upset and disgusted that everyone was attempting to create issues with my car just so I could not simply pass inspection. I keep my car in A- one shape so Nissan insisting that I need a left rear strut was ridiculous. They were also telling me that the part was not in stock and that I would have to wait at least days bc it had to be ordered which was inconvenient. I was highly disappointed that Nissan was coming up with repair issues that no other mechanic at come up with so. I left there without getting my car inspected, having wasted my time and a trip. More
Slow Serice Every time I have been there several times for oil changes and service. Every time I go I sit there for at least an hour. I’ve spoken to the general manager and I have been there several times for oil changes and service. Every time I go I sit there for at least an hour. I’ve spoken to the general manager and the service manager and they are always apologetic but nothing ever changes. On my last visit I was in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I sat and waited for an hour and 52 minutes. Needless to say I won’t be back again. More

My sales person Keith was awesome This dealership is good, they work with you , but I did not like the pressure of the finance depg, pressuring me to get Gap insurance on top of my pay This dealership is good, they work with you , but I did not like the pressure of the finance depg, pressuring me to get Gap insurance on top of my payment and warranty, i have my own insurance, even after I said i couldnt afford it, but other than that, Keith and other staff were great, nice and friendly. Oil change I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I usually go to pep boys and get them done for around $34. I was charged $84 52 for an oil change and 25 for tire rotation which I thought was free. I was told that my oil change would come with a car wash but I was then told that the car wash machine was not working. The oil change said that my next one is due after 4K miles. The one that I usually get last me 3k miles. Why was this $50 more? More
