Fast but a few hitches I brought my car in for a few recalls, some hanging down pieces and a weird engine noise. I had set up an afternoon drop off for a morning appointment I brought my car in for a few recalls, some hanging down pieces and a weird engine noise. I had set up an afternoon drop off for a morning appointment the next day, and so arranged a rental car because I did not know how long my car would be. I dropped it, got the rental, and headed back to work. Two hours later they called that the car was ready. They said they updated the software, etc. and to let them know if it still made the noise. I headed back in and retrieved my car. Positives: super fast service. Negatives: I had the car for just over 2 hours, drove it 10 miles total, and they charged me the full day price. The car still makes that noise. More
