Outstanding customer experience throughout my buying journey I approached this car purchase in a new way. I got True Car quotes then asked the four dealers who participated to respond to a “request for proposal I approached this car purchase in a new way. I got True Car quotes then asked the four dealers who participated to respond to a “request for proposal, answering the same five questions about price, interest rate, extended warranty and features. Faulkner was tied with another dealer for price, both better than the other two dealers, but their extended warranty pricing was superior. And, their internet sales person was the fastest to respond and very responsive to my questions. I told Faulkner they had won my business! The dealer experience was just as good - the car was ready, in-person salesperson was courteous and knowledgeable and they followed up several times after the sale to check on me. They even transferred the complimentary service calls to a dealer closer to my house, which was very generous I LOVE my car and would definitely recommend Faulkner. I should mention that their finance person, with whom I spent a bit of time completing paperwork, was a lot of fun - smart, friendly, personable and professional- a pleasure to work with. More

Most recently my car died on a Saturday. They were ready for me and the mystery break down when I arrived, right down to a rental car if needed. When my Kia needed to move on, they weren’t first choice. Highly recommend for service or auto sales! More

I just want to remind staff that reps need to either remember or clarify costs when presenting to customers. I went in this past weekend for my annual inspection. Emily Grubb, who I think is new presented to me the recommended services. It was within my budget, so I approved the services. I was stunned when the total cost was twice the amount quoted. Emily hadn't mentioned the inspection fees. I didn't expect the inspection to be free. Emily professionally apologized and I know it was an oversight. I want to make it clear that I'm not looking to get her into trouble, but I just want to remind everyone to please make sure that customers are clear on the final amount when presented with recommended services.
