The first time I came to Faulkner was right after at another Toyota place they could not get me the color of the vehicle that had been promised (white), so I had to go to another place, which just happened to be Faulkner. Marc I believe as a true professional sales man could sense that I was ready to buy right then and there and in less than 2 hours after I arrived I already drove home in a shiny new white SUV that I dreamt of. I went to buy a Highlander on Dec. 31. The salesman, Michael, gave me the APR. I was thinking the APR should be lower base on one of the website online. Bad experience. I was told that they will give free scheduled services if i buy the car from them. After the purchase, they gave me the first service free as if they were doing me a favor. When i went for the second service they charged me and when i informed the service manager that i was told of this free services at the time of purchased. He told me that it is not possible and get something in writing from the sales team. When i went and checked with the sales manager, i was kind of insulted. I told him that was offered to me at the time of purchase. Then he replied me this "man.. we get nothing free in America". The salesman who baffled me with xxxxxxxx is Jason Brown and the sales manager with whom i spoke is Paul Scammahorn. My overall experience with this dealer was very bad. Please do not go there. I have other friends who had bought car from here also sharing similar experience. More
