Service team addressed my concerns. I purchased a new Sienna two weeks ago. We noticed a hot metal smell after driving the car. Even the service manager checked out the car. We left the service shop comfortable that there were no issues of concern. More

Questionable The service manager didnkeep me updated on my car. Call me back to say they had to clean break dust out of back breaks (charge for that). Wouldn’t there always be dust if I use my breaks? When I went to pick up my car was told to see the cashier. Wasn’t told where the cashier was just that she had everything. Wasn’t even offered to walk me there. His first question to me when I dropped my car off was “Have you ever been here before?” I don’t expect him to remember everyone but maybe walk each customer to the cashier and tell them to have a good day.
