Marc truly deserves more than just a shoutout as he went above and beyond in getting the car delivered to my home in NJ in a very professional manner, extended my usage/access to the Volvo Mobile App, and even took time on his day off to speak with me, while Jeff in Finance was able to extend my factory warranty for an additional 10 years with unlimited miles at an extremely reasonable cost. To top it all off, my plates & registration arrived in under three weeks from my date of purchase -- this is absolutely unheard of, even for NJ dealers -- major kudos to the team at Faulkner for getting everything right, going above and beyond, and exceeding expectations time after time!
