buying used online experience First time buyer of used cars online- spent much time researching before I even began… Finding the perfect car should have been the hard part -dealin First time buyer of used cars online- spent much time researching before I even began… Finding the perfect car should have been the hard part -dealing with the online sales was much worse! Tried to work with Auto mall, took 5 days for return calls and price went up dramatically from advertised. Tried Autoholding- their price went up almost $8,000 by the time they tacked on their fees, and Greenacres communications ended with fighting and salesperson actually hung up on me. Their price increased minimum 2999 on the top. ADDED to advertised price. Do your homework- google dealer doc fees in the state, see what they can legally charge, as Greenacres charged one dollar less than maximum allowed by law. Then I contacted Federico in Illinois. I thought I was dreaming because not only were they courteous and genuinely interested but they added less than $200.00 to price. I was amazed. I bought a used car from immediately and drove it home within two days whereas other dealers still haven’t returned calls. I cannot say enough nice things about the dealership. I worked with Ron Ziprich who made me feel like I was the only person that needed help with buying a car through the whole process. Highly recommend! More

Their Shop and Parts areas are likewise always immaculate, welcoming, and friendly. Service needs are met promptly in most every instance, and to customer satisfaction. Any parts needs, even shop factory recall work, are met as soon as product and parts are available. I would actually consider working at that dealership, were it a good fit for both parties; however, my customer experience is so valued, I'd hate to mess that up...! More

Service I was traveling to Kansas City, MO., when I experienced engine issues. I google the dealership and drove to the location.
