Keith Dalton was very easy to work with and he was exceedingly patience with us while we tried to decided what to do. He even came in on his day off to finalize the paperwork and sell us the car. The finance guy Steve Moore however was extremely insistent with the extended warranties. He was rather rude and terse with us after we declined taking any extended warranties. Overall I would go back there to buy a new car from Keith Dalton, but I won't ever deal with Steve again. More
