I dealt with Larry Burch in sales,once again, and he made himself available at times when most salesman wouldn't. I didn't find what I was looking for on my first visit and Larry told me to take my time and make sure I found the right car for me. Sure enough, three weeks later (with Larry's help) I found the 2014 Jeep Patriot. I can't say enough about what a great experience I had with these guys. You feel at home, nothing is forced, and they are not out to sell you something you don't want. That makes me a fan. Not to mention, the financing took 1 DAY! That tells you these folks are working. Outstanding Customer Service On Friday May 16th, I had been to another dealership and had left feeling quite discourage with the salesman at the dealership. My husband and I have been buying Chrysler/Dodge vehicles for almost 20 years and were were looking to purchase another pre-owned Town & Country or Gran Caravan. We usually like to purchase a vehicle that is used and the depreciation has already taken place. Not to also mention the vehicle has been driven and has low mileage and any manufactures defects if any are already taken care of. Well as I said after visiting the other dealership I was upset with the customer service the salesman there had provided and felt like the salesmen was very dissatisfied that My husband and I weren't interested in the vehicle that we had come in to test drive. We asked him to look around to see if he could find anything around the area that fit with what we were wanting to find in a vehicle that we would purchase. He looked at a few things on the computer and said sorry I can not come up with anything that you might be satisfied with. So we left there discouraged and thought we would go look somewhere else the next day. That same evening I was checking out your website and there was exactly what I was looking for. I responded to Davids e-offer signed off and went to bed the next morning I checked my computer and there was a message from David Sanders asking me if I would like to set up a time to come in and look at the vehicle I was interested in. To make a long story short. The vehicle was exactly what my husband and I were looking for not to mention the whole dealerships interior looks like a sports museum which really appealed to my husband who is a sports fanatic. Everyone that works at the dealership is very friendly and helpful. The young man who helped work out our financing was very friendly also and not pushy. He worked with us to choose the other warranty options that were best for us and didn't try to sell us things we really didn't need. In the future I will gladly return to Federico and I will gladly recommend other family and friends to check out the dealership for the best deals they could find.I would also highly recommend them to ask for David Sanders for the wonderful service that he had provided my husband and I. Kerry Thompson runs an extremely professionl operation and he has taken a personal interest in both of our transactions. Having communicated with Steve several times on the phone regarding the type of vehicle we were looking, when we parked on the Federico lot, we were immediately met outside by Steve and Kerry. When I inquired about Rodney, I was not surprised to hear that he was now the Finance Manager and he too came out of his office to greet us. I originally wanted to purchase a Dodge Avenger for my daughter who is a college student and Steve conducted a search for the year I was looking for and described for me what the dealership had in inventory. When he mentioned several other offerings which included our ultimate purchase, a 2008 Dodge Caliber, I was immediately impressed with the research he had conducted and the coordination he had made with Kerry to give me pricing on at least three vehicles. I was pleasantly surprised with the price on the car that we purchased. After a test drive, a review of shop work performed by the dealership, and the car fax equivalent report, we were sold. Although we had our own financing, Rodney worked feverishly to find us a lower and better interest rate. Our final experience with the paperwork was handled expertly by Rodney wherein he, Steve and Kerry congratulated us on our purchase, reiterated the warranty associated with the purchase and made us feel that if something went wrong, we could certainly just return the vehicle and they would make repairs as appropriate. I think this will be unlikely. I cannot emphasize enough the professionalism displayed by Steve, Rodney and Kerry individually and as a team. I had called him and asked if he could meet us after work and he agreed to be there for us. He remembered us, which made us very comfortable. He was so helpful (again) in helping us to select a new vehicle. After we chose our vehicle he helped us fill out the loan paperwork, which was an amazingly shorter process than before--about 20 minutes--effortless! That's it. We were there less than an hour or so and we went home. As promised, Larry notified us within 36 hours--on a scheduled day off--with the good news about our loan and a lower interest rate, which made our day. We could have taken the vehicle home that day but needed to wait a few days longer and Larry was flexible in scheduling our pick up appointment. All said, Federico helped us to finance our new vehicle and let go of our older vehicle in such a creative way. When we arrived at the dealership were were extremely surprised by the terms of the loan and we remain grateful for their expertise and help. And as the salesman, Larry Burch really made this experience effortless and quick. He even programmed all the electronic gadgets for us. He actually sat in the car with us and after programming them, he demonstrated how they worked. A really positive experience!
