DO NOT LET YOUR DAUGHTERS OR WIVES COME IN HERE ALONE! Brought my car in to my APPOINTMENT for my new radio i had been waiting 6 MONTHS for and was told i wouldn’t be getting one that day. I went ahead and asked for the oil change i was due for, since i already drove all the way there. I was then told i needed the “4-point inspection” since it had now been 6 months. Me, a 23 year old woman knowing NOTHING about cars, thought this was necessary for the process of getting my radio, since that’s what i was there for. Had i not asked for an oil change, what would they even be doing with my car for the day since there was no radio to install? They then asked me to sign a paper (HAD NO CLUE WHAT I WAS SIGNING AND HE KNEW IT.) and took my keys and walked away, all within 2 minutes. I had no idea what just happened. 3 hours later i get a call saying i can come get my car and everything went great. Guess how much i paid for that oil change? $806 dollars. As a waitress, that was all of my money for my bills this month. I am now picking up as many shifts to try and make back the money i had ZERO IDEA i would be spending. Charged over $100 3 separate times for fuel injector cleaning. Was asked if i wanted a new air filter too. Anything they could tack onto my bill, they TRIED! Absolute horrible customer service. When complaining about being jerked around about the radio, they said they’d give me a free tank of gas. $42 fills my tank. I WOULD RATHER HAVE MY $806 BACK!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! More
Had an appointment scheduled for a Friday for my 2020 KIA Stinger to have my engine air filter changed, an issue with my brakes looked at, and AC checked. Be aware...no one in the service department appears to be on the same page and know what is going on. You will get the run around for answers, then be prepared to be without your car for a period of time even for the smallest of repairs, and billed for services you did not request! When, I brought to their attention that they replaced the cabin filter that I did not request, I was told I could "bring my car back in so they can remove the part and issue a refund". The part in question was a cabin air filter which can be easily replaced on our own at a 1/3 of the cost the dealership charges. Thus, why I didn't want the dealership to replace something I can and have replaced in the past. Overall, they had my car for a total of 6 days to replace a caliper bolt, engine air filter and recharge my AC system. I have used this service department for 2 years now. This is my first and last experience with this dealership. I recommend you take your KIA to another KIA dealership service center if you can! More
Really wasn't that bad of a process. Salesman was fine to work with. Always concerned with getting the high pressure from the finance manager but it was really smooth. He gave us the pitch for the expanded warranty which while I don't necessarily think that it's a scam it's just not for us. We declined it and moved on to the paperwork. You're in there for awhile just since there's just so much stuff to sign and go through. He was pretty competent with having everything ready and explaining the various processes. This was the only dealer in the St. Louis area to give me an availability and price estimate over email for the hot-on-the-streets Sportage Hybrid. Wasn't interested in playing ping pong with the other dealers, just wanted a "when" and "how much" without having do a ton of phone work (millennial thing I think). I would work with them again in the future. More

The dealership is very clean, all sales people and managers very professional and knowledgeable. I felt appreciated throughout my entire new car purchase experience. It is my second Soul so the review isn’t of the vehicle but of the young man, Brent Marburger, along with Federico Kia in WoodRiver IL. who initiated my purchase/lease. It is rare to encounter people who are in the business not only to make money but to see that all areas of sales and service are beneficial to the buyer. Brent Marburger has managed my sales on several vehicles along with multiple members of my family. His service is constant and appreciated. I just wanted to let you know how well he represents the Kia Brand but the asset he is to Federico Kia. I just felt his dedication to his job needed to be commended.
