Marra Gener, Customer Service Manager, contacted me right away and we scheduled a visit the next day. I went in to look at a 2013 Chevy Tahoe and was greeted by Johnny Flores. He was great and very attentive without being pushy. We briefly talked about price and he moved me to Tom Bush the Finance Manger who was a delight to deal with. Both gentlemen were very personable and not your typical used car salesmen. I really enjoyed my buying experience. My new used truck also needed some minor service and I worked directly with Jason Miracle, Service Manager, and he was excellent as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this group!!! More

Part 2 The sale went as I described in my 1st review. At closing of deal the check engine light was determined to be caused by an 02 selenoid. The service manager was to order the part that day and it was to be in Monday or Tuesday following. I called my saleman Monday evening and left a voice mail. No response. I called the service manager Tuesday morning and was told they missed the order deadline for Friday and set an appointment for Thursday morning. I arrived at the service desk about 7:30 AM Thursday morning to be told the part still was not in. I left my name and number with the service manager who wrote it on a post it note (once he located his pad). So I suspect I am going to have to hound dog these people to get the job done which should have been done before the sale as the car sat on their lot for over 2 months. More
