Dave King, is amazing as can be. Absolutely worked with my credit, which wasn’t the best. Stayed within my price range, not pushy, took me to another dealership (still Feldman) just to make sure I got what my credit, which wasn’t the best. Anytime I reach out to Dave, EVERYTHING gets taken care of IMMEDIATELY!!! The man left work, to drive to my work (good 30 minute drive), just to take a lug nut off…then had me follow him to the dealership, just to make sure myself and this vehicle were taken care of. Will never go through anyone else for a vehicle, highly recommend him to all of my friends/family, and anyone reading this! If you read this Dave, you absolutely deserve a raise!!! More

I'm leasing a 2019 Silverado, my key gets stuck in the ignition. So I made an appointment for service, a few days go by I take it in and now I key pulls out , of course. So I ask how am I suppose to get it serviced while the problem is happening so I can get it fixed. They told me they are 24 hours and to call they will have a tow truck come get my truck and leave me a car to drive. Great! Well my keys are stuck and no one is answering there phones. Christmas Eve is tomorrow then Christmas so I'm struck at home with a dead battery now 8 months pregnant. More
I'll start this review by saying that Hannah the service coordinator was excellent. Very helpful, friendly and she did everything to try to make things right. Brought my car in for a simple oil change, reca coordinator was excellent. Very helpful, friendly and she did everything to try to make things right. Brought my car in for a simple oil change, recall fixes and a squeaky steering wheel. I get the car back a couple days later to find that 1. there's a terrible smell in the car, 2. I now had steering wobble. Took the car back and was told I have flat spots on the tires (didn't have even a slight wobble or vibration before taking it here). After almost 3 weeks they we're finally able to get new tires from the manufacturer which is greatly appreciated and solved the issue that wasn't originally an issue. After getting my car home I noticed that the front bumper had been scratched and has cracked paint. Went back to the dealer for the service manager to take a look. Of course the usual "can you prove it was us" was thrown out there. Again, none of these issues existed before taking it here. I was told that they use two separate colors in the workshop so it didn't happen there. So it must have happened in the parking lot of the dealership. Upon asking if they have surveillance footage I was told he could look through it, quickly followed up with "you signed a waiver at drop off that we're not responsible for damage while in our possession". Needless to say that a complaint will be filed with the BBB as well as directly with GM. I highly recommend staying away from this dealership at all cost. It'll only cost you more in the long run. More

2 different cars - service incomplete Thought I'd give this dealership a second chance after my first experience. Not any better and continued lack of attention to detail and no interest in customer service. First time I brought in my vehicle that had been rear ended and the repairs would be fully covered by insurance. There was additional damage to the front of the car that I was from an unrelated incident that I'd be covering the cost of. Had a repair order for both fixes and needed them done so I could turn in the vehicle lease. They kept it 2 weeks longer than the originally said they would and then when I came in to pick up the vehicle only the insurance claim work had been completed. 2 more weeks to have the other repairs completed. Just this past Dec I brought my car in to have an body work done from from someone hitting my car, fully covered by an insurance claim again. Brought with me an special service warranty bulletin from GM that involved a leaking breaklight. My trunk was full of water from this issue. Talked to 4 people to show them the issue they assured me that after the body work repairs the leak would be looked at. 1 month later when they finally completed the body work I show to up get the vehicle and guess what no one had looked at the leak and they all claimed to have no idea what I was talking about. Left the vehicle with them again only to be called later to tell me that my vehicle had exceeded the mileage on the bulletin so while they worked with GM to get the cost reduced they still had to charge me $120. Its cost me more than that taking time off work to not pick up my vehicle 2 different times when they don't do what they say they are going to do. Any offer to cover the $120. Nope. Any offer of anything to compensate me for time wasted when they don't complete the repair (either time) nope nothing, not a free oil change, offer to offset a $120 charge nothing just "oops sorry about that". Will NEVER deal with the dealership again for service or car purchases. More
