During this time he was incredibly patient and I never felt rushed into a sale, Most guys just want to get you in a car and shove you out the door within a couple of hours. (*Side Story* when we decided to go back to Feldman and while we were getting the car I wanted frim the lot, the lady from the other dealership called me to tell me they have the car that I wanted in stock. And the car she was trying to sell me we saw it still at Feldman and they were getting read to transfer it to the other dealership). I had an excellent experience with them. The communication was great as I work weird hours and he still fit me in around a busy schedule. Eric answered all of my questions and concerns right away, didn't push me on something I didn't like and made sure I had everything I needed.
