Awesome experience I recently purchased a 2014 Equinox from your dealership. My salesperson, Eric, was amazing. He worked very hard at getting me the vehicle I wanted I recently purchased a 2014 Equinox from your dealership. My salesperson, Eric, was amazing. He worked very hard at getting me the vehicle I wanted and keeping my payments at what I said I could afford. The communication was great as I work weird hours and he still fit me in around a busy schedule. Eric answered all of my questions and concerns right away, didn't push me on something I didn't like and made sure I had everything I needed. Every step of the way he was very good at keeping me updated and explaining. Everyone at field man of new Hudson was awesome to talk to and work with! I would definitely go back to purchase another car! More

Inexperienced technician and miss lead. Brought my van in for an oil change and warranty repair. I was mislead on what type of oil was going to be used and the service personal seemed not t Brought my van in for an oil change and warranty repair. I was mislead on what type of oil was going to be used and the service personal seemed not to know what kind of oil the service personnel was going to but in. Warranty repair for nonfunctioning 12Vdc receptacle. The technician came out and inquired about the problem I was having with the receptacle. I explained the receptacle didn't work and I found a blown fuse. I replaced the fuse and the receptacle still didn't work. The technician left and a little while later the tech came back and said he couldn't find anything wrong. I was bewildered, because I know it didn't work and said ok thanks. When I got home and tested the jack it still didn't work. Instead of wasting more time going back to the dealer I was going to fix the jack myself. I pulled off the plug on the back of the DC jack and found the jack was miss wired from the factory. I corrected the problem and now the DC jack works. Very disappointed with competence of the technician. Maybe he was new... More

I had to give a 4 only because the person my husband spoke to on the phone (not Antonio) was not knowledgeable enough to explain the ins and outs of the lease special. She told us to come in and that , yes the price given was what we would pay. That part was very disappointing. More
