I went to Al Deeby Dodge because my lease was up and I wanted to lease a new Jeep. I made an appointment with Bob the salesman and showed up right on time. I have never been treated worse in my life. He had no idea what he was doing and knew nothing about Jeep vehicles. He sent me out on a test drive alone, and then when I came back he simply said "Do you want it or not?" When I said I wanted to look at more vehicles he said he didn't have time for an all day test drive marathon. I promptly left after trying to speak with the owner, who the employees tell me "is never here and is not a nice person." I promptly left and went and bought a Jeep at another dealer later that day.
