Not happy with new tech. (employee) I love Jorgensen Ford. Every time I come for service I was totally satisfied except this time. the tech that serviced my car did not put the paper mat I love Jorgensen Ford. Every time I come for service I was totally satisfied except this time. the tech that serviced my car did not put the paper mats on the floor. It was oil all on my mats from his feet I guess, and lots of oil on my steering wheel from his hands. I went back in to see the manager he gave me a full refund and assured me that this would never happen again. Totally satisfied again. (New Tech,s need more training.) I use to go all the way to the suburbs to buy my cars , thinking that I would get better service and deals, but stopping at Jorgensen some years ago, right in my neighborhood, I was happy! One incident in 10 yrs. Manager totally handled it. I LOVE JORGENSEN FORD! Almost time for me a new car, you guys don't move to the suburbs. Thanks again, Al Rollins. More
Not happy with on-line appointment experience I was extremely disappointed with the fact that i booked my oil change appointment on-line, then when i arrived at the appointment time i was told tha I was extremely disappointed with the fact that i booked my oil change appointment on-line, then when i arrived at the appointment time i was told that the dealership does not take appointments on-line. I showed the service person my emailed confirmation and was told again they do not take appointments on-line but would accept me because there was no one ahead of me. My time is very valuable and i always call ahead to ensure i do not have to wait too long. If there would have been other vehicles ahead of me i would not have waited, but would have wasted time and gas. More
Spilled oil on my engine, and didn't tell me about it or cleaned it up. By the time I got home (10 minutes) my engine was smoking and the inside of my car was unbearable. Quick Lane I took my Ford Focus to the Quick Lane for an oil change and tire rotation. When they called me to pick it up they said the nozzle to the washer fluid I took my Ford Focus to the Quick Lane for an oil change and tire rotation. When they called me to pick it up they said the nozzle to the washer fluid was missing and it was 25 dollars to fix it. I declined. When I brought the vehicle I to the shop the nozzle was on the hood intact. Someone took it off and broke it. I found the part under the hood with the plastic broken. More
