I wish I could write two reviews, one for the dealership and one for the sales person. On the dealership: I LOVE Fledmann imports. Its a beautiful dealership with a mostly great staff. They also have a fantastic selection of vehicles and take steps further than most in order to make sure your needs are met. On the sales person: Last year I walked into Feldmann after looking at Mercedes and BMW's else where, but was not able to find what I was looking for. I was promptly handed over to Greg once I arrived and we sat down to go over what I was looking for. The whole conversation quickly took a turn to him talking about his own vacations, cars, experiences for the next HOUR and failed for the rest of the meeting to ever hammer down which car I was in fact looking at - I couldn't deceifer if Greg's actions were because that is just his personality or because I was a young woman and he needed to show me the 'ropes'. I ended up identifying the car I wanted and came back the next day asking to be paired with a different sales person. Once being paired with a different sales person, I was quickly able to select and purchase my first beautiful new 2012 mercedes. I have since upgraded to the 2013 C-Class, which was also purchased at Feldmann & love it! More

I had been on the market for a vehicle for about three months before I came into Feldmann, and I bought my car that same day. I travel for work, so I highly value my time when I am home, and Scott made my purchase as painless and timely as possible. He arranged a shuttle to pick me up from MSP airport, and was accommodating to all my needs, including helping resolve the minor issues I had with the car in a very timely fashion. I am a single woman, in my mid-twenties, and had numerous bad experiences at other local dealerships while I was shopping. I often felt as though the other salesmen (at other dealerships) didn’t think I was worth their time, and I felt as though they disqualified me as a buyer before I even looked at their inventory. Other salesmen brushed me off, and didn’t want to put in the effort to help find what I was looking for. Scott did not “stereotype” me, and did not make me feel like the other salesmen did i.e. ‘where was my husband the decision maker?’ Scott worked hard to arrange for me to have the perfect car, and he absolutely had to work for me as I am very, very particular. I would recommend to any other person ready to purchase, to give Scott a call. From my experience shopping at the local Infiniti, Lexus, Acura, and BMW dealerships, Scott worked the hardest for me, and got me exactly, no compromises, what I wanted. More

I was at the dealership getting my C300 serviced, I walked arround while waiting and came upon new C350 coupe. I instantly fell in love with this car. He said "Let's see what we can do"....After no more than two hours I drove away in my NEW C350. I was amazed how Scott worked a great deal for me and how smooth everything went. This was my second car from this dealership and I always feel like I am a member of some great Country Club. No pressure, no intimidation..just great service, smiles and willingless to WOW you. We were looking for a like-new-used vehicle. After doing our research, we knew the Make, Model, Year and options we wanted. Through CarFax, I purchased a service that would alert me whenever a dealership had this vehicle on their lot. I received an email telling me that Feldmann had just what I was looking for! I called and spoke with Scott Babcock who told me the vehicle was on it's way and would arrive that very afternoon. As I was anxious to see it, he arranged for it to be inspected and detailed as soon as it arrived. Scott called to say it would be ready to see at 6pm. My son and I headed to Feldmann, met Scott (who stayed late to assist me), took the car on a drive, loved it and came back to Feldmann and wrote out a check! Everyone was fantastic to work with, but Scott went the extra mile for us and everything fell into place perfectly. We highly recommend Scott Babcock at Feldmann. Feldman imports and Scott Babcock have given me an amazing first year experience as a Merc owner. I have been a loyal customer of Feldman Imports since 2007 s and Scott has sold me 5 (FIVE) mercedes Benzes SL 500, SL 500, GL550, Clk 350 and another CLK 350 and he is so good I bought a used Porche Carrera S4 the day I was leaving for overseas before Christmas day this year and he was kind enough to drive that to Mankato with me and pick up my red Dodge Viper from Mankato . He always answers my calls even when he is not at work. The kind of service I give to 500 doctors who consult with me in central Minnesota.
