I had previously leased an E350 in Phoenix last spring. I was driving in Minneapolis recently and the brakes failed. I had the car towed to Feldmann Imports in Bloomington and was given a loaner. I expressed to them my total fear about driving the car again after what had happened to the brakes. They went to work for me and managed to extricate me from my lease and lease me a new E350. From my first encounter when the car was towed to the time I drove away in the new car, I have never encountered such understanding, thoughtfulness and what I would call kindness from a dealership. I believe the GM Angel Maldonado is responsible for creating this extraordinarily nice atmosphere at Feldmann Improts. In retrospect, a nightmare of an experience was turned to a positive outcome thanks to the resourcefulness and help from Feldmann Imports. More

Great customer service by sales consultant Chris Wiebe. I came in looking for a used vehicle under $10,000. Chris treated me as if I were looking for a $60,000 car. He understood my budget and never once acted like he wished I were a high-end customer.He always worked within my budget, never pressuring me to spend more. Not many dealers treat a used car customer like this. Chris bent over backward to help, even letting me take the car overnight as the dealership was closing when I stopped in and I wanted my family's advice. At the end of my purchase, Chris washed my car, filled it up with gas, and called two days later to see how I liked my new car. I was also impressed with their finance department that worked with me to find great rates. While waiting for financing, Chris took me on a tour of the dealership; afterward, he made sure I had a cup of tea, checked back with me for updates, and provided exceptional customer care.
