We were talking with JT a salesperson and arranged a test drive and a refundable deposit hold for a used car. After JT found out that we did not want the car, he refused to refund our deposit and was very rude calling us multiple times. We currently are talking with an attorney to arrange for payback of our deposit money. This dealer is very unethical and the moment they found out we weren't buying they were arguing with us and uncooperative. Not a good choice of dealer!! More

Came in for an oil chnge but knew I probably needed some other things checked. Mike told me they would do a service inspection and they found some belts that were cracking. We bought a brand new 2011 Nissan Rogue. After we got home the iTunes player was not working with the car. Eventually we got it to work with the audio system. We attempted to set up the Bluetooth for o home the iTunes player was not working with the car. Eventually we got it to work with the audio system. We attempted to set up the Bluetooth for our phone only to learn after visit to the dealership today our $500 smart phones both mine and my wife's phone do not work with the Bluetooth. If we had know this before we signed to purchase the car we would have asked the dealer to take off $1,400 as we now have to buy a new smartphone that will work with the Bluetooth. (Includes termination fee for our Sprint contracts) We looked up the phones and the system mostly only works with either Apple iPhones or Blackberry phones. So now we have to go out and sell our USED phones at a huge loss, lucky if we get $50 for each phone on Craigslist and then turn around and buy two new iPhones for 1,000. Lesson learned - never drive the car away unless you have a guarantee your cell phones will work with the cars Bluetooth system. We bought Nissan cars for over 16 years. Our next automobile will not be a Nissan. More

I had forgotten what it felt like to be treated with such respect and courtesy until I had my work done at Feldmans. They were on time, recommended only what I needed and even arranged to have a rental ca respect and courtesy until I had my work done at Feldmans. They were on time, recommended only what I needed and even arranged to have a rental car for me sicne my repairs would take 2 days. There used to be service like this back in the 60's and 70's when customers were king and the service centers treated customer with outstanding quality. Still the same at Feldmans. Felt good to go there and know the work being done was top notch. I live 55 miles away from them and would gladly make the drive to go back form my next service. More
$360 later for a radiator hose and coolant flush and the car is still not fixed. Customer service was outstanding!! Quality of work and friendliness was great!! I have never felt so comfortable in a purchase of any vehicle.
