My name is Ariel Velazco, and on the evening of June 9, 2026, my significant other and I visited Felix Chevrolet with the intention of purchasing a vehicle that was listed for sale on your lot: Stock #: 2026, my significant other and I visited Felix Chevrolet with the intention of purchasing a vehicle that was listed for sale on your lot: Stock #: DP99645 VIN: 1GNSCTKL5MR199645 After a lengthy discussion and careful consideration, we decided to make the trip to your dealership after work, arriving at approximately 8:21 PM. Considering your posted business hours indicated the dealership remained open until 9:00 PM, it was reasonable to expect that potential customers would still be able to receive assistance and conduct business. Unfortunately, what followed was one of the most disappointing dealership experiences I have encountered. Upon arrival, there were no sales representatives available to assist us. The only employee present and willing to help was the receptionist, who made several attempts to locate a salesperson. Despite her efforts, no sales associate ever came forward. We remained at the dealership for approximately 39 minutes waiting for assistance, yet no one approached us, acknowledged our presence, or demonstrated any interest in earning our business. For a dealership that advertises “Elite Treatment,” the reality of our experience was the complete opposite. The slogan sounds impressive, but it was not reflected in the level of customer service we received. In today’s economy, purchasing a vehicle is a significant financial commitment. Whether a customer is spending $5,000 or $50,000, basic professionalism, attentiveness, and respect should be expected. My wife and I arrived ready to seriously consider a purchase, but instead left without speaking to a single salesperson. What makes this experience particularly unacceptable is that we arrived well before closing time. If a dealership chooses to advertise operating hours until 9:00 PM, customers should not be made to feel as though business has already ended at 8:21 PM. I do want to acknowledge the receptionist for attempting to help under difficult circumstances. However, the overall lack of accountability, urgency, and customer engagement from the sales staff reflects poorly on the dealership as a whole. Ultimately, Felix Chevrolet lost a legitimate sales opportunity that evening—not because of pricing, inventory, or financing, but simply because nobody was willing to assist a customer who walked through the door. This level of service is unacceptable and falls far below what one should expect from a professional automotive dealership. More
