After making an appointment with Pierre to bring my car in, I was informed by Roxanna that I need to pay $150 for a diagnostic fee. This was not expressed by Pierre over the phone. What's bizarre is they you're told the issue may be covered by your warranty, but you cannot know unless you hand over money. The fact that I'm (or you) are covered by warranty is immaterial to the concerns of your local GM dealer and the corporate office. Extraordinarily poor warranty support. Avoid at all costs. More
