I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to buy a car at Ferguson Subaru. My last buying experience at a different dealership was a nightmare, and it had me bracing for the worst when it was time to car at Ferguson Subaru. The car is beautiful, my salesman, Mike Ferguson, was so professional and kind. He was helpful every step of the way, especially while I was anxiously awaiting delivery. Taylor ott was also friendly, professional, and helpful. Ferguson had the best price available. I'm certain of that because I did my due diligence and shopped around. They beat everyone's price locally, as well as, a couple dealerships in Texas and several in Kansas, and that wasn't even price-matching. The entire process went smoothly, and it was worth making the trip to Broken Arrow from Oklahoma City. My daughter and I were actually at the dealership for a total of three hours and I was driving off in my brand new outback. Mike took the time to demonstrate and teach me how to use many of the features, he answered my questions, and offered continuous support after the purchase. Selling a car is a team effort, and dealerships have it down to a science. Buying a car tends to be a solo activity.
