Mike never made us feel like taking our time in coming to a decision was an inconvenience. He was happy to periodically step aside and allow discussion, perfectly reading when to do so as well rather than needing to be asked. When we came back to make a purchase decision, he was Johnny on the spot presenting our options, answering questions, including those after purchase, and guiding us through our thoughts and options. Daniel was extremely attentive and nice. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicle I came in to look at and allowed me to go on a test drive right away, which is what I wanted.
