Extremely pleasant. Sales agent (Lauden Bisel) met me at the used car sales office the minute I drove up as I had already scheduled the appointment. He already had the vehicle I was interested in serviced and pulled up for my inspection. He seemed quite knowledgeable of the vehicles features and it's history. He reviewed with me the Car Fax on this vehicle. He was very patient and sympathetic of the reasons I wanted this particular type of vehicle. I appreciated that he did not try to push me into any particular financing plan that I did not need. He did not try to talk me out of going to see another similar vehicle at another dealer even though I risked losing this one. Later in the evening I called Lauden to say I wanted to purchase the vehicle he was offering. He placed a hold on the vehicle and we arranged a time for me to come in the next day to finalize the purchase. When I got there he had all the paperwork ready and we completed the sale in short order. He sent the car through final make ready and wash and I was ready to drive off with a smile on my face.
