Hank was able to answer or find answers to some of my needs that werent even dealership parts which was really cool and, again, made me trust them significantly more. Some selling points of vehicles on the lot that are attractive to me that other dealers weren't able to share or didn't hint at: 1) Hitch options and tow capabilities including tongue weight limitations 2) Button release of the engine auto-off instead of screen (touch screens wear quickly) 3) Sport mode versus economy 4) spare parts being widely available 5) tire shaving service for awd The only part of the vehicle that stands out as bad design is the electronic parking brake becoming an issue one way or another if the battery fails. More
