Fantastic Buying Experience! I recently decided to get rid of my big truck due to the horrible gas mileage and my changing thinking in what I want in a vehicle. After talking with I recently decided to get rid of my big truck due to the horrible gas mileage and my changing thinking in what I want in a vehicle. After talking with friends and researching on the Internet, I settled on the Subaru Outback. I drove out to Ferguson to look at one and maybe drive one and got to looking at other models while I was in the showroom. James Wilkerson helped me and I drove both an Outback and a Forester. I went home to do additional research as I had changed my thinking on what I thought I wanted. Going back the next day, I asked James to show me a couple different Forester Limited Editions to get a better feel for what they looked and drove like. I decided on the 2018 Forester Limited in Jasmine Green with black leather interior. Because I had a lot of equity in my truck and it had very low mileage for the model year, I ended up getting a great deal on both the Subaru and my trade-in. The Finance Manager, Dan Bakker, worked quickly and we set up the financing on the remainder of the purchase price. I think Dan probably worked harder for this deal than any other Finance Manager I've ever worked with! James bent over backward to make sure I was comfortable with the entire process and happy with the results. He even made an odd request I had work which really surprised me because I don't think any other dealership would have done what I asked. He was accommodating and attentive throughout the entire process over two days and at least seven hours. I felt bad taking up so much of his time, but he didn't say a thing about it. He was friendly and excellent at his job. Kudos to both James and Dan! If you are looking for a new car, I can't recommend Ferguson Subaru and James Wilkerson enough. You won't regret your decision to buy a Subaru from Ferguson! More

He immediately emailed me back; went out to the car I was interested in and sent me a video walk-around the car and answered all my questions. As I was coming from Colorado, I asked a ton of questions to be sure the car was exactly what I wanted, in the condition I wanted. The car was everything James represented it was and he made the whole transaction very easy. He even personally picked me up at the airport! James completed the majority of the paperwork before I got to the dealership so the transaction took 15 minutes at most in his office. I gave the dealership 4 Stars due to the fact i had to wait 40 minutes to had a check to the finance guy. No reason that should have taken so long. I definitely would buy again from James! More
