Low pressure, good experience. I went to Ferguson’s with the intent to buy a car I had seen on their web site. I parked at the Kia building, walked around the building and did not I went to Ferguson’s with the intent to buy a car I had seen on their web site. I parked at the Kia building, walked around the building and did not see the used cars, nor did anyone come out to help me. I got back in my car and was going to leave and go to another dealership, but really wanted to see the car I had found on the internet. I drove up tp the Buick building and asked for some help. The receptionist paged for a salesman and Kaveh appeared within seconds. He escorted me to his desk and I explained what I was wanting. He went over several cars that might have filled my need. It was comfortable to see them on the screen before we went to view them in person. It was a hot day. We went to the used car area and located the Kia Optima that I had been interested in possibly buying. We drove the car and it appeared to be a good buy., after looking at several other used cars. Kaveh told me of the work list for the car and explained how Ferguson’s service department worked, which made me more comfortable. Kaveh was very happy to answer all of my questions and at know time pressured me into that car. Would be very happy to work with him again when needed. More
