I require 12v plugs but gm stopped putting them in by default. Ii had no idea and expect the sales person to know changes like this. Especially since it was a recent change. I also told the sales person i needed the towing package, incl the brake controller. When we saw the hitch built in, i didnt know thw the controller was a separate addon. Also, whoever the finance person was almost lost you the sale. I told him i wasnt interested in the addon insurance but he kept leaving me for 5 to 10 minutes only to come back and try again. The went on for 3 or 4 times before he finally called someone to just take it off the lease. Complete waste of my time. Could have been done nearly an hour sooner. Find out who it was and get rid of him. More

I went to Ferguson for the first time about a month ago and Jason Howard helped me. Bout got a 2017 mustang and when I went to pick it up they said the rear camera had quit working and they were going to have to take it to ford to fix. They made appointment to take to ford for June the they said the rear camera had quit working and they were going to have to take it to ford to fix. They made appointment to take to ford for June the 17th at 9am. I took the car in few days before due to having to work that day. On Tue the 18th they called and said that the car had to be sent to ford to be fixed. Need to say I’m highly upset at this point!!!! We shall see how they take care of this situation!!! More
