It’s taken me a couple weeks to address this review. Because we genuinely liked our salesperson but the issues we have are with the dealership itself. . Sunday was friendly, and kind. We paid cash but it took 3-4 hours to get out of there. Them knowing we needed to get home to children. We noticed a brake light out and since that was a safety concern was told it would be replaced. Went Monday to pick up bulb because they didn’t have it and ordered it in. Sunday called and said it was in. No one knew why my husband was there and pretty sure they just threw something in a box because the size of this bulb compared to what it took was comical. So we went to O’Riley and bought one. 2 days later after purchasing this on Tuesday April 2. A check engine light came on…my Husband owns a code reader .. thermostat needs replaced. … looks like they had cleared all the codes previously. Praying this is the only thing. This was a surprise for our son who is just learning to drive etc. Sunday mentioned that these cars go through an extensive overlook /check over. Assuring us that this is a solid car. I know any used car is going to have its issue. But I can’t help but feel that maybe that extensive overlook is exaggerated. Because on top of that while we were there my husband popped the hood and noticed the wiper fluid was bone dry and had them fill it. To check that the wiper motor worked. And when we got home we check the air filters etc and they were filthy caked in dirt. These just seem like things that should have been done with an extensive check over. A quick air compressor blow of the air filter takes a few seconds. More
