Had appointment at 2 didn’t get out until after 4 didn’t pull truck back until I asked if it was done. Came back said no that they had a vehicle blocking bay. Never informed me. I was already waiting over a pull truck back until I asked if it was done. Came back said no that they had a vehicle blocking bay. Never informed me. I was already waiting over an hour. I drive from Pueblo. They knew I was upset but still made it seem like it was my fault. That is why people have appointments cause they have other things to do or they work around the appointment they scheduled. Then they wanted to charge me for it when I have an extended warranty More
