We ordered extra key fab at time of purchase along with our other two key fob. We had the fob programmed when they put 3 other items on our car. But they forgot to tell us that we needed to bring all key f our other two key fob. We had the fob programmed when they put 3 other items on our car. But they forgot to tell us that we needed to bring all key fob in at that time. So they programmed the new fob which unprogrammed one of our other fobs. We went in found out we should have brought all in to program one, then had to schedule appointment to do this. We live out east so this was very inconvenient. So we had to drive in twice to town to dealership and back home once to deal with this situation. Also we are still waiting for our car bug guard, I think it's called. We just keep getting that it's not available. We bought vehicle in July and am still waiting. More
